Excellent. This is a very reputable company and has done exceptionally work in determining our needs for different fireplaces. They are easy to work with and take the time to make sure everything is in working order upon installing and inspecting the designated areas.

He was familiar with our gas log unit. It was on display at his company's business site and he had one in his own home.

It took about a month from the time I called them until they could come out, they are busy ! The tech arrived on time wasted no time , cleaned up and had it going in no time, my only concern was I didn't receive an invoice.

The service in the showroom was very professional.  The install crew was prompt, courteous, ran the new gas line and set up our new fireplace.  It was fast and frankly impressive to watch.  I would definitely recommend fireplace concepts again.

Came to our home and gave us an estimate on what he was going to do, along with the cost. Showed up on time put in a gas line
and installed the fireplace. Explained in detail how to use the fireplace and remote control. This was accomplished in the 6 hour
time frame. They had the utilities mark the gas phone and electric service area and took care of getting the local permits. Cleaned
up when finished. They did their job in a very friendly and professional manner.

First off, I will say that we found this company because one of their competitors told us to call Charlie Webb for the gas pipe install that we needed as they did not do that sort of work. When Charlie came out to give us an estimate he mentioned his company, Fireplace Concepts, and we decided to get a second quote. Im very happy to say that we are SO glad that we did as we saved at least $1,500 and a few weeks of waiting by working with Fireplace Concepts.
Overall the scheduling, removal and installation went very well. The crew, all of who were personable and professional, showed up on time and got right to work. While there were a couple of unexpected problems with the installation of the new fireplace, the crew worked very well in resolving them and came back three additional times to get the job done properly. We were kept well informed of the challenges and solutions as they arose. However, all the work was done within the week and at no time did it impose any inconvenience on us. The clean-up was thorough and the final outcome looks great! I highly recommend this company and the fine gentlemen that work for them.
