There were a few hiccups in getting the door in and scheduled, but Dan was always willing to communicate about what was going on and very apologetic. Now that we finally have the door in, it looks great and works well. It's well sealed, and the installers were very professional and quick. Overall, I'm very happy with the deal we got and the product.

My new windows and patio doors are awesome!  Zen Windows process was effortless.  I did not have to sit through a long drawn-out presentation.  And the price that Dan quoted me was the price I paid in the end.  The installation team was very professional and cleaned up after themselves.  I would definitely recommend Zen Windows!

The first thing that I loved about Zen Was that I dealt directly with Dan the owner. When I first spoke with him I was a little concerned as to how they were going to quote my windows without coming out to my house. Well no worries he's got it down and by the time I was done with our brief conversation he had me convinced that Zen was my company of choice. I had one other company that came out and after two hours I pretty much kicked him out of my house after the third time he dropped his price. Dan gave me one price, told me it wasn't going to change and that was it. The installation team was great. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace behind. They were respectful of my home and one of the technicians even showed where he nicked one of walls a little bit. I appreciated his honesty and it took me ten minutes to fix it. What a seem less process overall. I love my windows and patio door and I would highly recommend Zen Windows to anyone. Thanks again for a great experience.
