Mo was great and the work was done in good time. The best part was the price. Other shops in town quoted me over $700 for all four tires but at Eagle I spent $360 for the same tires.

DeWayne Hobbs came and repaired my Whirlpool Duet Dryer. He was prompt, called ahead and was spot on the two hour window I was given that morning. I cannot say enough good things about his professional demeanor. He had the dryer working within 30 minutes. He also sat down with me and explained the dangers of not cleaning the dryer vent pipe going outside. He gave the names of two companies that will come out and do a good job of cleaning those vents. I will call this company again. His price was fair, he had the part with him.

Eagle was referred to us by A-1 Appliance. Eagle arrived promptly and returned the following two days and installed the new pump. Eagle could have charged us more by replaced the seal/gasket around the door, but, as the repairman explained, the gasket on all of these models cracks within a few months anyway.

I had originally called another repair co I had used in the past....they were swamped and could not get to me for several days.
I asked who they would recommend and they gave me Eagle I called and they were very professional made apt for next day.
repairman arrived on time , spent almost an hour going over washer and then gave me my options. Was very professional , courteous. I would definitely use again and recommend to my friends

Have used them a number of times over the last ten years. Have always had prompt service and fair pricing. Even had a washer that proabaly could have been repaired but told me it was honestly better to just get a new one, could have repaired and had to keep calling him back. Honestly tries to service to customers best needs. Also didn't charge extra trip fee like so

Found water leaking into basement and started hearing metal on metal sounds in dryer in early November 2012. Called Eagle Appliances and DeWayne showed up on time to diagnose. Found ruptured water hose on washing machine and broken bracket on drum of dryer. While here we asked about getting better tasting ice from our ice maker and rotting water transfer hose to upper sprayer in dishwasher. DeWayne researched, gave us approximate prices, and then ordered after we agreed. He was able to return in a few days with all parts and repair all items within a few hours. No problems even now 6 months later with any of the repairs nor replaced parts. Excellent service, focused and competent repairman.

Superb experiences.

This is a very pleasant service to do business with, starting from the initial phone call through the presentation of the bill. They were very responsive, coming the day after they were called (this was not an emergency), arriving at the time promised and solving the problem systematically and thoroughly. The service person completely tested the dishwasher before leaving and carefully explained what he had done and the associated charges.

They have fixed my washer, dryer, oven, microwave and my refrigerator over a 6 year time., Always on time, easy to deal with and have been able to fix or help replace my appliances.

Great service, reasonable pricing and prompt. Motherboard had gone bad. Was an excellent experience overall and will definitely call him in the future for repairs.
