DO NOT USE MR. HEIN. My wife got scammed. We used Mr. Hein for our wedding. Several weeks later, we were picking up a final item we had already paid for, and he said we had not paid for it, charged our credit card, and refused to refund us. On top of this, Mr. Hein insulted my wife before she left his shop. Avoid Mr. Hein at all costs. He scammed us for over $500.

my friend called me about ONE hour later and sent me a picture of her bouquet. It was stunning. I was stunned. It's hard to do something for a friend that lives out of town and they handled it for me. I appreciate that type of service.

for the price and the reputation I was a little disappointed a topiary is a topiary added flowers were skimpy and did not last from a Thursday night visitation until funeral service the next day. My sister purchased these long distance and asked how they were I was ashamed to tell her how wilty and brown edged the flowers were and the white bow was merely a piece a ribbon twisted around a green floral pic my estimate it may have taken them more time in delivering them than it did creating arrangement . I could have archived the same look on my own piecing together a potted plant and fresh stems from Kroger's I woulds have at least attempted to form some type of interesting bow

Ordered wreath, picked it up at time give. Pretty simple and easy. I will use this florist for future events...

All service was performed to satisfaction, but this florist is was overpriced.
