 + -1 moreBUYER BEWARE! Dormia says that they are the same as TempurPedic, but they're not & their return policy is: NO REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES! At the point of sale I asked the (then) store manager: "What's the difference between your mattress & a TempurPedic?" He responded, "The price." I asked again, "That's the ONLY difference?" His answer: "Yes." The truth, I later discovered, is that the Dormia mattress cannot compare with TempurPedic. To add insult to injury, the Dormia company will not take any responsibility for the fact that their salesman blatantly misrepresented the product (I later found out that he had worked at the TempurPedic store & thus would KNOW that he wasn't being "up front" with me). He is no longer employed by Dormia & the new manager seems nice enough, but the Dormia Mattress Company DOES NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS and will not make any compensation for the fact that their salesman lied to me,so I'm stuck! Others have been "burned" like me. (See other online reviews)
Description of Work: Sales floor contact with customer by sales manager who is no longer employed by this company. Neither the store nor Dormia corporate headquarters assumes any responsibility for misrepresentation of product sold.
