Donna Elder--RE/MAX CREATIVE REALTY

My experience with them was fine when I bought the house but when it got to selling it, she was a problem. I had to go through two different realtors. She wanted me to let go of my house between $30,000 to $40,000 less than the assessed value. They sent a report after people went through the house and it got really good marks but she said it needed a lot of work and that that was all she had for me. We would never go to Re/max again. I would get in touch with her but she wasn't really responsive. I got the name of the inspector for my new house from this lady. After he did the inspection, he said that I had no problems and yet there were plenty. I had to get the siding replaced, the bath put on, the roof replaced and I had problems with leaks in the kitchen.

Donna is the absolute best realtor I have ever come across. She is equally adept at working with first time homebuyers, those who want a modest home, and those who are interested in buying or selling more expensive properties. She knows her business incredibly well and is highly ethical. In my multiple dealings with her (and she has also worked for many of my friends and family), I have appreciated this and know that she always has her client's best interests in mind. She is straightforward; sometimes she will tell you news you may not want to hear, but I trust her absolutely and have found that she is always right! I cannot recommend Donna highly enough.

Donna was suburb on both sides of buying and selling.  She showed us only homes we could afford was thorough and detailed in managing she then brought us qualified buyers who fit our house.

David was amazing. He had plenty of information that he gave to us in booklet form or PDF since it was our first time buying a home. He was responsive, helpful and was not afraid to be honest. He showed us one home where he found more things wrong with it than we did. He is not afraid to give his opinion and help make sure the home you buy is the right home for you. I cannot say enough good things about David Powell as our agent.
