Screwed up oil change. Unable to tighten a oil plug so it leaked all the oil out of the engine. Luckily, I caught it before the engine seized.

They couldn't fix it. The car had a vibration from day one. It was in the shop at least 5 times. They eventually called in an engineer from VW, who recommended to swap out a driveshaft, it still wasn't fixed after the replacement. I have yet to hear back from them about how to proceed and I've already traded the car in for another one at another dealer of course.
I've been a service manager before. Service at this place is horrible. They communicate poorly, if they communicate at all. I have had to call them to follow up on status on almost every occasion.

Great. Don Jacobs has served my car since the initial purchase in 1999 and 78,000 miles later we are still going strong.
The technicians are always very responsive and honest and wait time is minimal. The service writers are also wonderful to work with.
