Don responded in a timely way to my initial request. His repair work was quick and pretty effective. I began checking back with him in the spring of 2009 for the installation of the new cap he agreed to do for me (at a very fair estimated price, I might add). I called several times, even asking him, since he always reported that he was so busy, if I should find someone else, but he assured me he would work on it. But calls in Aug. and Sept. were never returned, so I left a message that I'd have to get someone else to do the job so it would be done before winter. He did not return any of those calls.
