home inspection
+ -1 moreThis man did not inspect tight areas as his body won't fit, therefore, many items were missed. He was not knowledgeable about systems and safety issues such as properly installed decks. He also becomes irate if you question something that you think he should have addressed.
Description of Work: Doc Mitchell is listed in the Yellow pages as a home inspector but he is too overweight to get through small openings so he does not inspect attics or crawl spaces. ($250)
