Provider was a bit backed up to start with, but completed the work in an extremely reasonable timeframe. The price charged was very fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. They did a better job with the drywall and painting than my painter who charges almost twice as much did! Definitely give them a chance to bid your handyman type projects

At that point it was fairly early in the process and I still was having some sticker shock, so I actually think they were fairly priced. I didn't end up using them but I did end up paying fairly close to what they had estimated. Compared to some other estimates I got they were on the lower side. I thought they were very professional because, really, what they are is a contractor basically, and they sub-contract out the different specialties. The guy I talked to was not the guy who was going to be doing the work. But they were very professional and I would use them. They showed up, everything was in writing and they were very professional. I didn't have to wait a really long time.

The owner came to the house pretty quickly to examine the needed work, but it took a couple weeks and a few phone calls to the company to get the quote. They mail them and the first mailing seemed to have gotten lost. I was considering going with another company due to the hassle, but decided to use them anyway.
The work took about 6 days, a couple of which were just a few hours to sand and mud. I was very pleased with the work. The drywall looks great and is ready for primer and paint. They even removed some wallpaper scraps that we had not fully removed at no extra charge so that they could complete the repair of a section of drywall. My only other negative comment (besides the initial delay in receiving the quote) would be that one or more workers smoked in the garage one day (it was cold outside) and the smoke smell permeated the house.
The owner was considerate of our faith and asked if we would mind if they finished up their work on a Sunday as he is aware that some people have strong convictions about working on Sunday. I appreciated his thoughtfulness.
They quickly installed the fan in the master bathroom and I am satisfied with that work, as well.

This company is awesome! I have never had a company who cared so much about the client and their home! The quality of their work is amazing!

Great experience!

The owner was a little late getting back to me, but explained he'd been out of town. Since i called on a weekend and he called me 1st thing Tuesday morning I was fine with that. He came out the same day and performed the work. He even mailed me an invoice. I was pleased with the experience.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. They were very prompt and covered all of our furniture that couldn't be moved and the stairs so nothing would be damaged. They cleaned up after themselves. They did the mudding, tapping, and even re-hung the ceiling fan. You can't even tell that any work was done! The only negative thing is that they never answer their phones; I always had to leave a voicemail, and it took a few days to get a return the phone call, but once contact was made, they were very easy to work with.

Owner, Mr. Allen met me at our home promptly at the appointed time on a Saturday for my convenience and had his quote prepared and delivered as agreed on Monday. Work began the same week and from the minute the crew hit our door promptly at 8am each morning until they left around 4pm, we found them courteous, considerate, professional and skilled. They took precautions to protect our home from the entry doort to the room itself. The collected all fixtures removed from the room and stored them in plastic bags for safe keeping. The quality of the materials used was as exceptional as our experience. They went the extra mile in their finishing work. We could not be more pleased with the results or the experience. Highly recommended.

No complaints

It went very well; they were punctual, communicated well, and did a great job in a timely manner. The only reason for the B in professionalism was for an occasion when the owner was not there and a younger guy was playing the music too loudly and had to be asked to turn it down. Not a big deal at all, but as a customer would prefer not to have to ask a worker to turn down the music in my home. Their drywall finishing guy is amazing and they are reasonably priced.
