It was under insurance. It was a fine experience. They were quick. They had the car about a week. He was accommodating. I would use them in the future.

The dings and dents work went great and a great price of $125. However the detail work didn't go so well. Apparently the dents took longer than expected or they didn't get started on time, I delivered my car at 8am as agreed, it was supposed to be complete by 12pm. When I called, they had not started on the detailing yet and siad it would not be ready until 3pm. I had taken the day off and was depending on someone else for a ride so they tied up 2 peoples schedules by not completing the work as agreed. When I arrived at 3, my car was ready except the floor mats were not in it. After driving away, I found that they did a very poor job on the glass as windsheild and liftgate glass were streaked terribly, the rear view mirror had not been touched, there was a portion of the driver door vinyl that was missed and part of the console glove box that was missed. For $149 on a one year old car, you would think they could have at least gotten the glass clean. I will not be using them again for the detailing.

Boy, is this business aptly named! A six-foot strip of paint was missing when I came to pick up my vehicle! While there is a documented issue of paint peeling in that area of Chevy vans, I had photographic evidence AND a human witness that the paint was perfectly fine before the vehicle was washed.
I'd paid in full for an exterior HAND WASH and interior detailing, but there's no way a hand wash could have done that kind of damage. They had to have used a pressure hose. (But of course, they denied it.) I was crestfallen to learn that it was going to cost $1000 to repair the damage, and I was already trying to sell the van. (Thus, this cut drastically into my profit margin.)
In my opinion, the only right thing for the owner to do would've been to cover 100% of the repair cost. However, this owner only agreed to pay for half -- despite my evidence that the paint in that area was perfect when the vehicle arrived in his care. I begrudgingly had to settle for this arrangement because, after pursuing the possibility of litigation and/or an insurance claim, this was my best bad option.
So... I was paid a $500 check, but I was NOT refunded the cost of the detailing. NOT a happy ending.

They are phenomenal in every aspect:1. Employees are nice, work fast, and do excellent work2. Very well-oiled drive thru...you can get in and out with a fresh car in 10 minutes3. We had numerous dings to our truck from a recent hail storm and after getting a few estimates settled on Dings Dents 'N Details. They did an amazingly good job in a timely manner, and at a fair price. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work.

.They did a great job for a a dent on my car which looked very damaged and made it look much better. They came and picked my car up and brought it back. The job was very well done.
