At each appointment Dave was very friendly and professional. My only concern is that he occasionally runs late to appointments, which I eventually became used to and arranged my schedule appropriately for this possibility. However, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with his work, and provided pointers on topics that he had not been hired to help with. If/when I have another need for someone with expertise in appliances - I will be calling him!
