Dale Massie Concrete LLC

Dale was professional and extremely quality-minded. He took his time to do it right and explained what he was doing every step of the way. The finished product is fantastic. He even took time out to consult with me on a deck I am building in the back of my house - a super guy. I would definitely hire him again.

Mr. Massie did an exceptional job and was very meticulous with each stage from tear out to finishing the concrete. He was punctual, professional, and informative.

It went WELL! Wonderful!  We cannot say enough good things about Mr. Massie and his crew.  He was there when he said he would be there, he is definitely 'hands on', working and supervising all work.  He arrives early, works hard, crew took VERY few 'breaks' (compared to other contractors we have had who stopped every half hour for a break or a bathroom run or a cigarette or for food). He is VERY knowledgeable about concrete; he was able to answer all our questions before job began and during job. Mr. Massie is the kind of contractor/worker we wish all contractors would be like.  Very honest, very hard working.

Me Massie was a pleasure to work with . One word of caution . He is not a landscaper and is very clear that he doe not repair the landscaping around his work. But I thought he did a good job of keeping damage to the landscape to a minimum. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Very professional, always contacted when he said he would. Top rate job! The work was absolutely on the mark. It was a little more expensive because our patio was small and he needed to pay for a whole truck of product! That is why we had the extra pad poured. So if you have a large site it would be okay. We just didn't have a large enough space to use all the concrete so I cost more for us. Having said that .... we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work! Very professional! Would use him again without a doubt!

The contractor came out and inspected the work to be performed then gave a detailed estimate. He discussed with me what would be done. As much of this work was done in the fall and had to be scheduled around hte weather the contractor stayed in communication with me regarding scheduling. Due to weather concerns he paved a sectoin of the sidwalk and the weahter came in colder than expected. He replaved the entire section of the sidewalk at his cost this spring. He was prompt, tidy, and always tried to work around any scheduling conflicts. The price was very very good compared to other contractors. Mr Massie obviously takes pride in his work and it shows in his approach and the results.

IT WAS GREAT. WE HAD TO PROP UP THE ROOF BEFORE STARTING ON THE PORCH SO THAT ALL THE POSTS COULD BE TAKEN DOWN. HE FIRST HAD TO TEAR OFF THE OLD PORCH WHICH INCLUDED JACKHAMMERING IT AND HE HAULED AWAY ALL THE OLD CONCRETE. THEN THE NEW PORCH WAS FORMED UP AND THE REBA . HE HAD TO POUR THE FOOTER FIRST AND IT HAD TO SETUP FOR A DAY OR TWO BEFORE POURING THE PORC H.
