CUSTOM HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Missed three appointments. Took two days. Installed gutter guards without cleaning gutters first. Two down spouts clogged. Promised to paint gutters and unclog at a different date. Never showed after five personal calls.

Terrible quality of work. Bad communication. Jeff was prompt at getting us a quote, starting the job and collecting a check. However, when we addressed our concerns his communucation and availability became non existent. He left large cracks between the stairs and walls, the finish still needed two more coats, and the stairs were left uneven with nails still sticking up from the floor. Several phone calls and unanswered messages later, we took our complaint to the BBB. He acknowledged our complaint and called to see if he could come fix the stairs because he didn't want a bad review with the BBB. So we decided to give it another shot and he never showed up to fix the mess that was left in our home. Our home is upscale and it went from good to bad with the work that was left behind by Jeff and his crew. I have detailed photos if anyone wants to take a look. I would NEVER recommend this contractor. I had to pay someone else to fix his project.
