Danny has done work for me off and on for the past 20 years. He is very capable. Danny will search out the cause of a roof leak, for instance, and suggest a permanent fix. He seems to enjoy opportunities to go beyond a one-time fix if he suspects a problem likely to reoccur over time.

Danny has re-roofed 3 houses for me over time. I've been satisfied with each job.

Superb! Personable, concerned, responsible! They protected the plantings around the house, preventing debris from crushing the shrubs and plants, they cleaned up every little thing, they worked so fast it was a blur, and they called to see if I was happy.

Do not be scared off by his quirky personality! Danny Conrad is a stand up man and runs his business in a very professional manner. He is always on time, respectful, and does fantastic work. I have used him for a variety of jobs and have never had any issues whatsoever. He stands by his work because he does it right.

        CONRAD ROOFING LLC 121 HANOVER AVE LEX. KY. 40502 Referred by Husband-Husband request post experience with CONRAD ROOFING Hired CONRAD ROOFING for two roofing jobs. One turned out good. The other I've been sited on by DIVISION OF CODE ENFORCEMENT. The roof looked beautiful when 1st. complete. Though the shingles soon started falling. CONRAD ROOFING came out and nailed back up. The shingles continued to fall. Tried calling CONRAD ROOFING but could not reach. When did reach he said roof out of warrenty. The roof had one yr. warranty. Hired another company who has come in and said every shingle on the building is going to come off due to the fact there was no felt paper put on roof, as stated in his job proposal to me. The shingles also had to be glued to the felt and then nailed. This was not done. The new contractor is currently replacing 4 bundles of shingles so I can pass CODE ENFORCEMENT VIOLATIONS before my extended deadline. Then I have to replace the entire 14,000 roof. I was under the impression it had 30yr. warranty. I was corrected only the shingles have a 30yr. warranty. Workmanship only has 1yr. Even if you have it checked or your cited by code enforcement and are told it was not put on properly. If this had been just a simple roof would have gone unnoticed for several yrs. Though on a mansford roof because they are sides of the building shingles fall off immediately with just the wind. Poor workmanship.

Conrad Roofing did a good job, but his price was high. He was about $3,000 above what the insurance wanted to pay, but I went ahead and had him do it. They worked everyday and all day. They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. I really can't fault their work. The only thing I have against them is their price because he was good. I probably wouldn't use him again because he's high.

I spent about $650 for their services. They were good. The guy who came out was a nice guy. He was there on time and gave me a good price. He was honest with me about things. He gave some recommendations of things that I could do in the future, but didn't really push to make me do it right away. So, he was pretty good about that. He was efficient and got the job done in a day or a day and a half. I thought that it would take him longer, but he got it done quickly. He also did a good job. His price was pretty good and better than some other people that had come out. It was a little bit of a challenge to get a hold of him sometimes, but it wasn't too bad. He was pretty punctual though. I would use him again in the future.

I called Conrad and asked for a qoute. He came to the house and then provided and estimate two days later. His estimate compared to other qoutes was fair for the services provided. I called back on a Friday to let Conrad know he was hired and on Monday morning work began. The work was completed in about two days and all debris were hauled away.

Danny called back the same day I inquired and came out the next to estimate. I was a little surprised at the cost, but he was lower than another bidder. He delivered material the same week and began work as soon as weather permitted. He was in and out in 2 days and left the roof safely covered in tar paper overnight between days. His crew was respectful. They picked up pretty well; I only found a few nails and bits of debris. I called after the second day to inquire about some missing flashing and Danny fixed it the next day. It rained the following day and there were no leaks in the attic. Danny called me to let me know when the roofers would start, and to see if I had any questions. Nice follow through.

This company is based out of Lexington, Kentucky but they came out to Richmond- which is a reach. They were aces! It was the first time I have had commerce face-to-face that went from what we wanted to completion. They were just straight aces across the board!

Everything went extremely well. Crew consisted of Danny's family members and guys he went to school with. They were a great team. Danny obviously cares about his reputation and the quality of his work. Neighbor who is knowledgeable about such matters confirmed that work was done well. I had one prior experience replacing a roof (different home; different city), and this time I was determined to work with an established local company rather than a temporary crew.
