 + -1 morePhilip Conrad was very professional, gave me a fair estimate compared to other estimates, was able to do other odd jobs that other roofers didn't do, and did everything he said he would do before accepting a dime of payment. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Removed old shingles and replaced with dimensional shingles, painted top off outside of chimney to prevent further rusting, repaired garbage disposal and dishwasher, installed kick plate to door and finished installation of window that another company didn't complete.
