We restored the porch on our 1892 Victorian in the late 1990s. Unfortunately, the wood we used kept rotting. We were tired of replacing boards every year, so we turned to Congleton to help us find a better alternative. They investigated our options and suggested a special imported hardwood that is very dense and resistant to rot and weather. It was a little expensive, but we trusted them - and it paid off. We haven't had any boards to replace for four years thanks to Congleton.
