Dry Cleaning Service
I do not like them. They lost some clothes and they never replaced them. I found a place that was less expensive and did a better job. I will not use them again.

Dry Cleaning Service
I began using using Concord Cleaners, because their location was convenient and they had quick turn around. They did a pretty decent job cleaning and pressing the clothes. Unfortunately, they lost my sweater. It was never returned. I'm not willing to risk any more of my clothing with them.

Dry Cleaning Service
Every shirt has at least one crease - even after I started to ask for "no creases / no clamp marks". I finally gave up after they ruined a new shirt that I really liked. After repeated re-dos on that particular shirt - could not be be "fixed". No one wanted to pay for my new (now ruined) dress shirt. There goes a $70.00 shirt! There goes my business!

Dry Cleaning Service
After a bad experience with another dry-cleaning company, I started bringing all my dry cleaning to Concord on Todd's Road, and I haven't been disappointed yet. They are always on time, use just the right amount of starch, and there are hardly any imperfections in my pressed shirts.
