dry cleaning
 + -1 moreI do not like them. They lost some clothes and they never replaced them. I found a place that was less expensive and did a better job. I will not use them again.
Description of Work: I used Concord Custom Cleaners, a year ago. They lost my sweater.

dry cleaning
 + -1 moreI began using using Concord Cleaners, because their location was convenient and they had quick turn around. They did a pretty decent job cleaning and pressing the clothes. Unfortunately, they lost my sweater. It was never returned. I'm not willing to risk any more of my clothing with them.
Description of Work: I did regular dry cleaning with this company. All my orders were standard dry cleaning and pressing. I did not get any clothing alterations or drapery cleaning.

 + -1 moreEvery shirt has at least one crease - even after I started to ask for "no creases / no clamp marks". I finally gave up after they ruined a new shirt that I really liked. After repeated re-dos on that particular shirt - could not be be "fixed". No one wanted to pay for my new (now ruined) dress shirt. There goes a $70.00 shirt! There goes my business!
Description of Work: This company consistently ruins the Men's Collars with permanent creases that are caused by faulty workmanship and/or lack of attention to detail.

dry cleaning
 + -1 moreAfter a bad experience with another dry-cleaning company, I started bringing all my dry cleaning to Concord on Todd's Road, and I haven't been disappointed yet. They are always on time, use just the right amount of starch, and there are hardly any imperfections in my pressed shirts.
Description of Work: Dry cleaning of suits, blazers, and shirts. So far I haven't brought them anything unusual like pillows or very delicate fabrics.
