He was very prompt and even came on a Saturday morning to set the trap. He and his wife who run the business were helpful and nice. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it to us.

No animal was trapped but the animal is gone and that is all we care about. I think by just having somebody messing around up at the chimney probably caused the animal not to come back. We were happy with them even though they just scared the animal away, they didn't have to trap it. I don't have anything to compare their prices to.
