I arrived early morning and dropped my vehicle off with them. They offer a special deal card called the Car Care Club Card which you purchase and then you get better deals including 4 free oil changes, free full safety inspection, free wiper blades, and price reductions on service packages and transmission flush and fill. I needed to have my transmission flushed, coolant flushed, and oil changed, so I purchased the card and got the benefits immediately. They gave me a ride back home and called when they completed the work, and we drove to pick up the vehicle and pay the bill. They went over the work, showed the price reductions and total cost, and gave me the card. They offered to file the card for next time I needed service so I wouldn't have to keep up with it. I am very pleased with the entire procedure.

I recently move here from Phoenix, AZ and wanted to find an auto repair that had the Mom and Pop feel of concern and caring. I researched through Angie's List and online. I selected CAR above others because of their excellent reviews and their shop was close to my house. I was pleased with the cleanliness and care of their shop and was given a tour of the work area. The front desk tech reviewed my services records to see what work needed to be done or what needed to be scheduled. He gave me an estimate for services. I had them change my oil, replace my wiper blades (don't need them much in Phoenix since it rarely rains), replace a bulb on my running board and repair a loose wire on my running board. The tech that worked on my car told me that my car was in great condition for its age (16 years old) and well maintained. : ) I was told the lower ball joint had a little play but should be okay for another 6K miles. I enrolled in their Royalty Rewards program which sends email coupons and funny jokes. I'm very pleased I found Complete Automotive Repair and highly recommend them. Looking forward to my appointment next week. Great bunch of guys!

It didn't start well. They quoted a high price. I called other places with lower prices. I called them about the other places. He was willing to work around that price and apologized. He appreciated me giving him info on something he didn't know. I was super pleased with the service. Unlike their competitors, they have a longer warranty.

I did have some AC problems that I had to take it back a few times to finally get fixed. Otherwise they have always provided good service.

Service was friendly. They had drop off and pick up service so I did not have to wait at shop.

I have always had a good outcome and in the beginning would get 2 estimates and they were always in line with my other estimates.

Poorly. We had to leave the car in two full days for routine repairs. We dropped the car off overnight so that they could get at it early in the morning, but they did not start working on it until about 3:30 p.m. and had to order a part. They close promptly at 5, so convenience is another problem. They failed to reconnect a breather hose on the engine block and we had unexplained gas smells in the car until another repair technician fixed that. They installed a low-quality break pad that collapsed (while on a trip) a few weeks after installation. That damaged the break rotor, rendered the car undriveable until someone else fixed it and could have been a safety hazard. The only good thing was that their warranty covered the repair. All in all, a very bad experience.

They have always been hones and have done high-quality work. They don't recommend unnecessary jobs.
