+ -1 moreThey did pretty well. They were very good about coming out and checking the equipment and showing us how to use it and all of that. I don't know that we have had any problem with it. There was no dislike about them. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We ended up using Comfort Keepers for in home health care services about a year and a half ago. They installed a monitoring system for my mother-in-law like a pendant type thing as she had stroke so that she can stay by herself without monitoring.

+ -1 moreI could recommend Comfort Keepers. Back then, they did a really good survey like an in-home insight before they recommended anything. All the people that they rotated through their shift were all very capable and very caring individuals. They were very respectful. They didn't have to do any kind of medical stuff. It was a personable interaction. They were very accommodating. They were very efficient about billing and administration.
Description of Work: When my parents needed it, we used Comfort Keepers. They fixed meals and provided companionship and helping with dressing and cleaning.
