They told me to come on by.  I did, and they took a look immediately.  I am embarrassed to admit the problem was me. I have been working the latch incorrectly.  They showed how to work the last (easy now that I get it), and gave me advice on keeping the top in good shape.  They did not charge me a penny, and were so kind, and so knowledgeable.  I am so grateful. 

I love convertibles and i will go straight to them when I need a top replacement.  They are the best.

I contacted them concerning an appointment, left the vehicle and picked it up a couple of days later when the top was installed. Since it was winter, the top did not stretch out. My daughter took the car out one of the first warm days and could not get the top back up (because it was so tight). I called and scheduled a reassurance visit with Pete. The kept the car day or so and recommended that the vehicle be left outside so that the top would season.
