On 7/15/2014, another service person from another company came out and within 3 minutes, he found 2 large holes in the tubes going from the outside of the house to the unit. He explained that the foam rubber surrounding the tubes were saturated where the leaks were located. He said the compressor would continue to run but not cool, which would burn it up in a matter of time. He advised it would be over $700 to replace the copper tubing or putting in a new heat pump.
The reason for calling Climate Control was - the seller had paperwork showing when the heat pump was bought and all the work orders since. I bought the house September, 2013, my first house, and didn't notice high electric bills for the heat, the temperature was set in the low 60's.

It's sad to see a company who was locally owned/operated go down the drain. Sad.

UPDATE- Climate Control apologized and gave me a discount on the maintenance agreement.
Installers were a hoot to listen to through the registers while they worked on the system in the basement.. (couldn't help but over hear opinions on music, politics, and their superiors) But most of their conversation was related to the technical details of the install. Listening to what they had to deal with, I think they were under paid...
Customer support and assistance has been great. They fixed an issue with the thermostat right away. (Spotted the problem themselves, and had a replacement in hand within a day) Cleaned up and were out of the way in no time. (3 day install) Chose the team on price, but appreciated the customer service.
