The cashier was busy talking on the phone trying to sell her son's basketball tickets and couldn't talk to me.
The people finishing the car showed an absolute lack of enthusiasm for their job. They did a haphazard job of drying, and looked like it was a hassle to do that much. The tires and wheels weren't cleaned at all. We had paid extra for tire dressing and the only did two tires.
I would have been better off going to a self-serve car wash for a fraction of the price.
