I called Dustin to remove some plant and weeds that had overcome our
shed and play area. He was here with his partner on time and did an
amazing job. They were very professional  and nice and was able to
accomplish everything in one day. Would recommend again and I will use
them again in the future.

They worked very hard all day long, and were cooperative in making sure everything was done the way I wanted. Also professional and polite.

the job was quoted and agreed upon and work scheduled .....all went as planned and we are extremely pleased with the results.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done.

Overall they did a great job.  We asked for them to quote different areas on the quote and they did that.  They came within a day or two to do the quote and then came within a week to do the job and it only took them two days to do the job.  Part of the job they did for us was cleaning out some old landscaping and they hauled all the old materials away and clean up after they had completed the entire job.  The only negative comment I would have about the entire job they did was that I didn't ask for a revised quote as things at the job were added and changed so it was a little unclear to me on the pricing at the end of the job but we talked about it and I think they were very fair in resolving any questions about pricing of the overall job.

Dustin is very courteous and professional. He would listen to every question and request and bear with you throughout the entire process (estimate and services). Landscaping is a fast pace and messy job, that would make some customers like me somewhat nervous and not 110% satisfied. Otherwise, you will be more than satisfied with the end result. Classic Cut Landscaping Inc is a family owned business and they will work their way out to deliver a good job and reasonably accommodate you. The amount of work they can accomplish in one day is impressive. The next day after they planted a young red sunset maple, a gusty wind had made the tree lean dangerously. I appreciated their response to come back and straighten/secure it. Also, I made them come back because of some debris that were left behind, after the very large amount of debris they collected the last day of the job. I had junk debris in my backyard that was on the property before I owned it. They hauled it away for me.
I will definitely consider consulting Classic Cut Landscaping Inc for my next job and I recommend them to anyone with a large or small yard work.

RECOMMEND HIM. I SHOULD NOT HAVE PAID HIM UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED.

I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS AND FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAVE A PAST
NEGATIVE HISTORY WITH THE BBB OF NON COMPLIANCE ON COMPLAINTS MADE AGAINST THEM. I
HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER LANDSCAPE COMPANY FOR YOUR NEEDS, AS THIS COMPANY
IS A RIP OFF AND DOES NOT HONOR IT'S COMMITMENTS AND CONTRACTS.

THIS DISHONORABLE COMPANY STILL REFUSES TO COMPLETE THE WORK PAID FOR. PAVING BLOCKS ARE FALLING OFF, WHEN IT RAINS WATER FLOODS TOWARDS MY HOUSE FOUNDATION AS THEY DID NOT LEVEL THEIR WORK. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM TO HAVE A SLIGHT SLANT AWAY FROM THE HOUSE FOR RAIN RUNOFF. MY NEXT OPTION
IS TO HIRE A LAWYER, SAD TO SAY THIS MAN IS DISHONEST AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
HIM OR HIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK IN THE FUTURE. LOOK FOR SOMEONE WHO IS HONEST.

2 JULY 2003-RECEIVED WORD FROM THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB) THAT THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO REPLY TO THE BBB INQUIRY ON MY COMPLAINTS, AS THEY HAVE DO SO MANY TIMES IN THE PAST.

8 JULY 2013-MY WIFE WAS RECENTLY INJURED WHEN THE OUTER ROW OF LANDSCAPING BRICKS GAVE WAY AND
SHE FELL AND SPRAINED HER ANKLE.I  HAVE TOLD THE OWNER DOZENS OF TIMES THESE BRICKS WERE FALLING OFF-BUT HE REFUSES TO FIX THEM. HAVE JUST RETAINED AN ATTORNEY TO DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEM, WHICH HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR ALMOST A YEAR. UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS THE ONLY COURSE OF ACTION LEFT TO ME. DO NOT USES THEIR LANDSCAPING SERVICES.

I will say that I wasn't too impressed by them. I'd say they got 80% of the back of the garage done - it was mostly just brush trimming and haul away. They didn't even get all the cuttings hauled off! It wasn't "clean as a slate" in the back of the garage and there was no cleaning on either side of the garage. The young man I walked through my needs felt it shouldn't be a problem to complete the area in back of the garage and also get both sides cleared away.

I called Dustin at Classic Cut Landscaping because of the reviews already on Angie's list. He returned my call within an hour and met with me that same afternoon to see our yard and discuss what we wanted. We needed a major clean up job in the front and back yards (see services performed above). Dustin had great ideas for changes that would make the yard easier to maintain and more attractive. He was very knowledgable. After I agreed to the estimate, Dustin had a crew at my house the very next morning and he worked with them throughout the day. By the end of the day, the whole project was done and the yards looked great! After making sure I was happy with the work, Dustin gave me a bill for the exact amount of the estimate (he didn't charge me anything up front). I couldn't have asked for better service. If there were an A+ option, I would have given it to them. I will definitely call them again when the need arises and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Other than not showing on he agreed upon initial appointment, everything went smoothly and was completed within a week.

The price for the work I believe is in line with the rest of the industry.  I have found the crews to be hard-working and dedicated, particularly with the cleanup jobs.  The owner has been very responsive when I have called.  This summer has been exceptional because of the dry conditions, so there has not been as much mowing as would normally be done.  After a kind of a slow start (which I attribute to my being a new account) things have gone very smoothly.  The only reason I marked them down a little bit for professionalism is because they ring the doorbell when they arrive and again before they leave, often requesting payment.  I would prefer not to have to stop what I'm doing (twice!) to deal with them - I just want the grass mowed when it obviously needs it.  Also, I would prefer to receive a detailed invoice by mail which I can review before paying. 
There is one particularly outstanding service I would like to mention.  With it being so dry this summer, a couple of times they have asked me first whether I wanted the lawn touched up rather than automatically doing the job and charging me just because it's my regular day for service.  Sometimes it doesn't need cutting, and I don't mind having them ask first (hopefully this qualifies my previous statement about them ringing the bell).
Overall I am very satisfied with the work that has been ongoing in my yard and would happily recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

What really impressed me was that they all came with clean shirts with their names on them. It seems the product that they put down did not work as there a lot of very tall weeds again.

Called to ask for an estimate of the work I wanted done. Dustin indicated he would come by in person and was good on his word.He listened carefully to what I wanted, made a few suggestions, indicated what he could do, and provided me with an estimate.The date was set, he actually called the day later to arrange an earlier date (which worked perfectly for me), and completed the work within the time frame he indicated.The outcome is exactly what I wanted and more adding to the "curbside appeal" for beautiful landscaping.Mulch was well placed, no clumps left in the yard, all clippings and trimmings, were taken away.Looks fantastic!
Most importantly, he is local to Georgetown a benefit of convenience. I highly recommend him and I personally will call him again for additional future work.

Everything went very smoothly. They removed old shrubs, over grown honeysuckle and plants on Thursday. Took 6 hours on Friday (next day) to complete everything, including tree trimming and left me speechless and happy at the transformation. We will use this service again when we landscape our back yard and rebuild our deck in the fall.

I LEFT A MESSAGE AND DUSTIN CALLED ME BACK AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE.  WHEN HE ARRIV ED HE WALKED THE PROPERTY AND ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS AND HE LEFT ME AN ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY. 

I CALLED DUSTIN AND HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND WE SET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO "CLOSE" THE DEAL.  WHEN HE ARRIVED WE MADE SURE HE KNEW WHAT I EXPECTED AND I KNEW WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO.  HE  TOLD ME WHAT DAY HE WOULD BE AT MY HOME TO DO THE REQUESTED WORK.

DUSTIN ANSWERED HIS PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY, HE SHOWED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK AS SCHEDULED.

Dustin is great to work with.  His crew works hard and efficiently.

Dustin, the owner, answered my phone call immediately and described his business very well.  He met me the next day for an estimate for the services above.  As I had just moved into my new home, Dustin was not only able to give me pricing for lawn maintenance but was also able to identify the plants and trees on my property and suggest green solutions for my privacy issues.   When we settled on the services and prices, he had his large team working on my property that afternoon.  The job performed was spectacular and was actually how I met my first neighbor who commented on how she loved the yard and new landscaping.  He is now performing my weekly lawn care and has also provides seeding & other lawn treatment when needed.  He also mentioned ability to perform exterior house washing, installation of sprinkler systems, as well as hardscape and landscape installation. 

Contacted provider on a Tuesday and they arrived on Friday.  I watched the entire job.  They sent out two guys who worked nonstop for two an a half hours.  They mowed, edged, weeded, trimmed hedges,  and raked the trimmings up.   My back yard is a massive hill and they mowed it without any issues.   The guys rolled up my hose and even cut weeds that were growing up under the deck- that means one of the guys had to crawl under the deck.   Great job.  I use them currently as my weekly  lawn guys.

Called Classic Cut on 9/15/2009 they came on 9/16/2009 to give me an estimate and determine what type of shrubbery I wanted. The next day on the 17th they did the lnndscaping.They did a very professional and beautiful job. My neighbors commented on how good it looked. The things that impressed me about this company were 1.Promptness in doing the job 2.The way they cleaned up after completing the job.3.Their friendliness.Would highly recommend this company.
