This was a fairly large job and we we're very clear was to what we expected when he came out for the quote. At one point, we even told him that he didn't even have to stain under the deck because we decided that at some point we would but a roof on it just to get the job done. He stopped showing up and wouldn't even return calls. We ended up finishing the job ourselves. This was a very frusterating experience.

He did a really good job. He does interior and exterior painting. I spent around $1000 for everything. He's easy to work with. He'll come back if I call him for touch up service or anything like that. For what he does, it's very economical. He was here on time. My wife is a home health nurse and she asked a lot of her patients and people that had work done and he was recommended to her through some of those people.
