He came on the date he said he would and completed the job quickly. I've got a warranty on the material used. Hopefully, we won't have any leaks or problems with the new cap. From my vantage, two stories down, it looks good.

His estimate was much cheaper than others. He came out and did the work on time. My problem is subsequent to that because before that the chimney was leaking and now continues to leak. I keep calling him to come out and look around to see what is wrong. He said he came out when I was not there.
