They are boom! I love them. They are professional vets, they charge reasonably for what they are doing. I don't have a way to express that but they are really good at their job.

The vets know their stuff and were happy to answer any and all questions thoroughly. Very caring and professional. They were great and highly recommended. Helped establish a plan for health and well being.

Their medical expertise is very good. They do not recommend unnecessary services. The come up with the most economical solutions.

I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment for my two dogs and assumed with my busy schedule we wouldn't be able to coordinate a time until the next week but to my surprise they fit me in for the following day. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and after both dogs were weighed they immediately put us into a room to wait. I have had the same vet for many years and have put off getting a new vet in Kentucky for 2 but I recently adopted a new dog and was worried about her health as well as the health of my 11-year old and couldn't wait the two months before traveling back to my other vet. Needless to say I wasn't looking forward to changing vets. All of the staff was nice and made the process very easy. Dr. Egan was amazing with my 11-year-old who is shy and can take a little time to warm up. Dr. Egan walked in and knelt near the floor to talk to me so she was at eye level with my dog. Dr. Egan was very gentle, informative and thorough. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Egan to anyone seeking a vet.

Visit was fabulous. They took me almost immediately into a room, and Dr. Headley came in shortly afterward. I know him socially, but I had never had a dog before - he was professional and gave me a lot of common sense information about my dog. His staff is really great - they even made a housecall to deliver some dogfood and give a shot booster a week later. I definitely made the right decision here.

They are very caring and open about the animals. They are very available and responsive to the pets' needs.

Every time that I have taken my animals into see Dr. Piercy the experience has been great. Everyone that works in the clinic is really nice and very helpful. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Piercy, she is really nice and my animals absolutely love her!
