Chase Bank

Considering to refinance through other bank/credit union, as Chase made a lot of mistakes. We had to spend hours on the phone trying to get them corrected. The reps are not knowledgeable, and you are bounced from department to department without very good resolutions.

This experience in dealing with Chase Bank and getting a home mortgage through them has absolutely been the most unprofessional and irresponsible business relationship I have ever engaged in. They don't know what they are doing. When we went for the closing; we were supposed to start at 3 O'clock, we left at 7:30. There were massive mistakes on our statement and just a mess from beginning to end. I will never ever use Chase Bank again. Prior to this, all of my checking, savings, and brokerage accounts were all with them. We are in the process of going to another bank, refinancing just to get away from this company because it was just an incredibly bad business process and policy from beginning to end. We sat around the table at the closing with a combined experience in real estate, with the seller being the bank as well. The realtors have probably fifty-sixty years of experience and no one had seen such a poor job being done by a financial institution.
