They were here promptly at 8 AM and went straight to work and were done by 1.30 PM. I asked them to please be sure the back yard gate was kept closed as they went back and forth in case my dogs had to go out and they were very careful about it. When it's time to replace the upstairs units I'll definite call them back. Prior to installation I talked with a representative on the phone several times and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. A+ to this company!

They were wonderful. They provided same day service when I hit a water line, even after hours. No problem helping complete the work and finishing the project after hitting several water pipes. Josh was more than helpful on several occasions.

We have used Cecil's Heating and Air to service our two furnaces and air conditioning units for several years now. They are the only people I would trust to work on our HVAC. They are honest, dependable, and won't tell you something needs to be replaced when a small repair will do the job.

Cecil's was called in by our regular heating and air conditioning service people because we needed to replace our inefficient, difficult-to-reach furnace and duct system on the second floor of our old house. They did an excellent job.

They were excellent. Very fast and efficient. Definitely know what they are doing and how to solve problems.

The maintenance tech arrived right on schedule. He was friendly and courteous and ready to work. He explained all the steps as he went along and was able to teach me the basic operation of a gas furnace. The work area was cleaned completely after he finished. I will definitely use Cecil's Heating and Air for all future maintenance requirements.

After several estimates from other Htg and AC companies, Cecil's Htg and Air was the only one willing to relocate the new furnace to a new platform that I built behind the center line of King Pin trusses in my attic. Mr. Cecil was also the only company owner who knew about a and quot;Grandfather Clauseand quot; and was willing to ask the county Building Inspection Department about such a and quot;Grandfather Clauseand quot; for older homes with severely restrained attic space. Essentially, this said that a new furnace could be installed in very tight attics and to try to obtain as much working space as possible. Roof support trusses would not have to be cut or otherwise modified to accommodate the new furnace. The two techs who arrived to replace the furnace were older men and both were extremely knowledgable with many years of experience. They arrived on time and completed the entire job in about six hours. All the htg and AC equipment had to be disassembled and moved to the other side to the king pins and then everything had to be reconnected. New transitions had to be made, the gas line had to be lengthened, duct work had to be lengthened and the AC drain lines had to be lengthened. This was quite a big job which was handled in a reliable and professional manner. Both men were polite, friendly, and worked together very well. They were very careful to keep everything clean and to not damage any part of my home. They cleaned up after they were through. Bottom Line: Cecil's Htg and Air is a professionally run company which I will use again for any maintenance or problem that might arise for both of my htg and ac systems.
