They were great. They were very professional, very modern and very clean looking. It didn’t look like a lot of auto body work shops where it smells like grease; it was really nice. They did the job under budget and quicker than I thought. It looked great.

This is the second time I have used South Broadway and I am absolutely sold on their amazing customer service as well as the great work they do. I took my car in was given a prompt estimate, the service was provided in one day at a price that was less than what was quoted to me. The staff was estimator was spot on, the receptionists are amazing and the whole experience could not have been better.

I would recommend them to others.  Their price was pretty much the same as everyone else.

South Broadway Collision Center did an excellent job repairing, painting, and blending the paint color to match my 10 year old car after it was involved in a collision. Not sure how much it cost since it was paid for through the insurance company. Workmanship was excellent, but the car did smell like paint really bad for the first several hours after I picked it up and I thought they were going to "detail" the interior of my car--but that could have been a misunderstanding on my behalf. Lastly, they estimated that my car would take 3 days to fix but it ended up being several days longer than that. Customer service was not great, but the workmanship more than made up for the other drawbacks. I would recommend this company to others needing repair and painting for a damaged vehicle.

They did an excellent job on a collision problem and I have seen some restoration work in their shop. We had an accident in Florida. So I called another auto service center and they turned me over to South Broadway Collision Center. They asked me if I could drive the car and I told them that I could. However, the doors and the trunk of the car had damaged. They told me not to let anybody touch my car. Everything that they did fit well and the paint matched too. They showed me a part where they thought that the paint didn?t match. They said that it was as good as they could do. I looked at it and I couldn?t find any difference. I also told them that they did a good job. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

We had used this company previously to strip and repaint our back spoiler on our car and they did a good job and were pleasant to deal with. They also cleaned our car inside and out prior to us picking it up. When we needed body and paint work done, due to a collision, we chose them again as we knew that they would do a good job. The main downside is that there is a wait to get your car in for the work and the work takes longer than some other body shops. The insurance part of this job was estimated to take 4 days and we also asked them to repaint the hood, due to some stone chips. The job took 10 days (8 business days + a weekend), which is a long time to be without one of your cars.
