If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Since our floors were installed >2 years ago they have never been right. The sales girl missed a lot of details about the install which carpet one tried to make ME pay. The instal was crap. We’ve had constant issues. The best part? The owner is rude and doesn’t return phone calls or pretends she not in the building when she is. NEVER use this place.

I just spent $20k on a new hardwood floor for my house. The sales representative I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, installation wasn't as smooth. Carpet One estimated the install would take a week. However, when they got into it, it actually took 17 days. Living in my house was definitely difficult for that amount of time, but the result was a beautiful floor. The issue I have is that when the install job, no one from Carpet One contacted me to see if I was satisfied with the new floor AND they charged my credit card without my knowledge. This is NOT good customer service. I know want to replace some carpet. Think I will look elsewhere.

The actual installation went just fine - except for a small incident. While cutting the carpet, one opened window screen was torn. The home owner noticed the rip, and the lead installer took the screen to be repaired. After 6 weeks and 6 contacts were made to both the installer and the sales representative, the screen was FINALLY returned. Lesson learned . . . never pay for a job until ALL the work has been completed! That includes returning repaired items in a timely manner. Waiting 6 weeks for one simple task to be completed shows how little the customer was valued.

They had a good quality carpet that they recommended. The staff were very knowledgeable and very honest. What stood out the most was the huge variety of less expensive carpet to choose from. They priced the carpet appropriately. You can get high quality carpet for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again in the future.
