Came and did job early. Seems to be OK but has not rained. Told person I would like to keep antenna, but was gone when I got home. I called and was told the service person put it out front of house that day. Just a problem with communication.

Showed up promptly to re-quote me and arrived within days of me giving the go ahead for the work. The roof was finished in a day, they did a great job and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. The price quoted was about 25% lower than what Another major company quoted. I'm very pleased with their work and professionalism, both on the roofing and masonry side of things. I would definitely refer them to others and use them in the future.

It went well I think the quote was a fair price. I think I will go with them. I have heard good things about their work!

It has rained several times, no leak, so I think they got it this time

I am so very pleased with this company! The professionalism, attention to detail, response to my need, and quality of workmanship are all A's. I would do business with this company again in a heartbeat! The actual cause of the leak was lack of AND incorrectly installed flashing by the original builders. I was cautious and unsure about whether or not what they had done was the reason for the leak; however, they guaranteed their work and indicated if there was a leak, they'd come back and do whatever it took to find it. I can confidently say that since the repair early October and having gone through this crazy winter... there is no water leak.

It was a positive experience. They were very efficient and kept all their promises. I was very pleased with the way that it turned out.

Although we are satisfied with the quality of the work performed and are confident that we will not have any further water damage, I cannot adequately express my disappointment for the aesthetics of the outcome. Like millions of homes in the United States, we have shingles on our roof. The material used to correct the damage and prevent further leakage are not shingles. To me, an obvious amateur, the material looks like large ?sheets? of underlayment. And this material does not permit having any type of single to cover it. So what we have is a very large section of our roof that looks like it was patched. It does not even come close to matching the color of our existing shingles, nor does it look like it blends in with the existing roof. This repair is on the front of our home and is clearly visible to anyone who drives by or visits. I can only imagine the negative impact this repair has had on our home value. When the original quote was prepared, I was told about the material to be used to fix the water damage. However, had I known what the product would look like and that it could not be covered, I would have either opted for normal shingles or selected a different contractor. We have been told by the contractor that this is the way it is and there is nothing they can do to make it look differently. To quote the foreman: ?If it were my house, this is what I would want.? Unfortunately, I cannot post a picture to collaborate our displeasure. So before you agree to have any work done by this contractor, please ask for pictures of what the final work will look like. Additionally, ask to visit our home before you decide to use this same solution. I can positively assure you that you will not select this option. There were three of us in the development that had the work completed at the same time, one being our son. The same material was used on all three homes and we are all of the same opinion about the result. Our home was the last one to be completed and after the product was installed on our son?s home, he called me to tell me about the color mismatch. Our son went out and purchased shingles himself and Bone Dry installed them and they were a perfect match. When I arrived home and questioned the foreman about the color of our shingles, the foreman reassured me that the color would be an ?exact? match because the shingles used on our son?s home were some off brand and color and their suppliers did not have anything match it. We, however, had a higher quality single and they were able to match the brand and color exactly. If you could see the pictures, I think you would also disagree with what I was told.

Bone Dry arrived when the said for the quote and repair. Great company to deal with and one that stands by their work and repair quality. Price was fair for both contractor and customer. Would use this company in future.

We were selling our house and the inspector wanted to have the roof looked at, and so they came and looked at it, and said it was good to go. They looked at it to make sure there were no nail pops. They were prompt, and he was friendly.

Very professional company. Clear estimate and performed as promised. Workers were always on time, diligent, and courteous. Quality of work was excellent. When a problem arose with re-using the original cap (as estimated and agreed to by me), the company acquired and installed a new cap for me at material cost. I am very happy with the finished work and my chimney no longer leaks.

All the people were friendly and responsive to our needs. Clearly laid out the process and timeline for completion. On-time and finished in two days. Cleaned up the work area with extra care.

I was really pleased. We had area that was quoted with several of the roofers, I thought that his estimate and analysis of the situation was seemed to be the most accurate and his solution so far has been worked. Other roofers had recommended quite a little bit more worked to solve the problem but his solution was less costly and nothing to have used forced. The work and my interaction with the provider turned out good.

Their bid was notably less than the competitors (out of six bidders). They came when they said, would have finished that day, except a mistake was made in the volume of shingles required. They had those shipped in from a Louisville store, but finished the next day. They cleaned up very well, and ran magnets frequently, so that there was no nails left around the house. All in all, a great job.

They did a great Job. The roof was completed in 1 day!! We were out of town when the gutters went up so don't know how long it took. I could not even tell that they had been there when we got back.. Everything was cleaned up and it all looks wonderful. Very Happy !

Jade came and gave estimate to repair wind damage. I used him before for minor roof repair and found him to be reasonable and honest. Jade came on time and removed vinyl siding from chimney, wrapped it with water shield and reflashed. He detached and reset some vinyl siding on house as well, sealed nail heads, replaced pvc pipe boots, extended down spouts. I was very pleased with his work. No leaks. I will use him again, if needed

We decided to use another provider due to cost differences but Joe was very polite, friendly and professional. Due to the recent weather we had to reschedule twice for him to be able to access the roof safely so he made multiple trips before being able to provide an accurate estimate. We appreciated that he did this and that he and his company were so courteous. We would definitely consider them again in the future.

Really well, for the estimate they checked my roof. then came down and showed me pictures of all the places that needed to be fixed. I asked them if it would be wiser to go ahead at this point and replace the whole roof. I was told that it wasn't necessary at this point that I still had a few good years left. That probably sold me. The fact that they didn't try to push for the most expensive solution really impressed me. They did the work quickly, made suggestions about removing a tree that was causing damage to the roof and were done and gone. During the latest round of winter storms I lost some additional shingles on my roof I immediately called Bone Dry, got my estimate and they should be here in the next couple of day to fix.

The team was professional and worked quickly. No more leaking.

Great service! Work was performed sooner than expected and they actually sealed some other areas around vents that would have become an issue soon.

We had a leak in the roof which was traced to be around the boots for the stacks through the roof. Bone Dry sent a rep out, who was professional, and a nice guy. However they do not do the work themselves. They sub-contract it out. Shortly thereafter a crew came and replaced the boots and a few of the shingles. It looked like a good job. However, the first time it rained hard, we still had a leak that came all the way through to the basement. It comes down right around the chimney that has a new boot. They came back out a couple more times, and charged us each time. We still get water dripping down around the chimney, all the way to the basement in a two-story house, every time it rains hard. You decide - should we be pleased if the roof still leaks and we paid someone to fix it?

The customer service was great. The person in charge that came out that actually did the quote and the pricing with me and arranged the scheduling and also the project manager, they did a fantastic job.

Joe is very workman like and professional. He met me at the appointed time, provided a quote, measured and ordered the crown and cap, and later returned to do the installation. Great job. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly to others.
