I call them up and they responded within a day. Needed to get the chimney inspected as part of our home purchase.

My gut instinct told me they could probably do an excellent job, however feeling pressured to sign a contract immediately did not set well with me. I resisted signing a contract to begin work and do not regret it, as a fantastic company was referred to me within a few days. While the sales pitch from the other company was not as "flashy", I felt a feeling of trust and it turned out that going with the other company was an intelligent and even a cost-effective "quality" choice.

Came on time for quote. Gave us several options. Signed contract. They returned about when promised and complteted work satisfactorily.

I paid extra aside from the one hundred forty-nine dollars that they had originally quoted me for because of some other things I had done. I think the job was just average. It was okay but it was not exceptional. Overall, it was okay but it was not great. For the price it was not great.

It was a good job. It was about a three day job and they did some walkway work. It was a very good experience and they did an excellent job. They put in a lot of hours on this job and they performed very well all the way through it.

We were very pleased with the entire experience. They did what they said they would do - and they did it when they said they would do it. We were pleased both with the quality of the work and the neatness of the job site. Despite the large scope of work, they did not interfere with us using our house or property while they were there.

It went well. They arrived when they said they would. They did the work with little or no disruption of anything or anyone on the farm. They cleaned up after themselves. The leak was repaired.

I've used Bone Dry Roofing prior for repairs to my roof after wind damage. They repaired several times after storms due to a poor job on the original install by the developers. After the last repair they suggested contacting my insurance to have the roof replaced. I quoted two other contractors and while Bone Dry wasn't the cheapest I wanted to stay with a company I have used before. They completed the job quickly and efficiently after ordering and I plan to contact them in the future for any other issues that may arise.

The technician was very courteous and professional and performed the work as quickly as possible.

They came out on Friday morning to install the new guttering. gutter screens, and downspouts. The original quote did not include running the downspouts into the drain pipe I had previously installed years before, but the foreman worked with me to achieve my needs. They didn't have enough downspout to run the rear gutter to the front, so they just brought it down in back, but made arrangements to be able to modify it to bring it to the front. We contacted the estimator, who said he would come by on Saturday to give an estimate on cost to run downspout to the front to the drain pipe. Then they said they would come back on Monday to finish the job, and they did! Everything went as smooth as it could! I would recommend Bone Dry Roofing, Inc. to anyone. When we go to replace our roof, they will be our choice. The workers are friendly and professional. They get the job done in optimal time and cleaned up their mess. They even noticed a roof drain vent that was bent and fixed it for me. That wasn't even part of the job!

After having been told by another roofer that I needed a new roof, not just new skylights, I decided to check Angie's list I saw Bone Dry's review on fixing skylights and gave them a call. They cam out and gave me a estimate that seemed reasonable. About a week later they called to schedule an appointment. While they were not able to make their initial appointment due to another job taking too long, they promptly rescheduled and apologized. They were at my house at 9am the next day (a Saturday) and were finished by 2 that afternoon. I was introduced to the all the folks who would be working on my house and they kept me updated as they worked on the job. The were nice, clean and professional. After they finished, the owner Jade Marsh came by to make sure I was satisfied with the job and he thanked me for working with him. After they left, they cleaned up their mess and you would never have known that they had been here except for my two new and improved skylights that look great!

I inquired about an estimate for a chimney cap and an appt was confirmed quickly. The estimator, came out and spent some time on the roof to determine exactly the custom size of our chimney cap, along with some recommended repair work to our 50+ year old chimney. He gave us a couple of options, slight tuck and mortar repair work before installing the custom cap, or tearing out and replacing the flue tiles to be taller for the cap. Both options were considered on our part,. The price was about $3K for the re-do and $1000 for the repairs to the existing area, waterproofing/sealing and custom cap. We opted for the repairs only and the work was scheduled a couple of weeks out. Weather caused a few delays, for which we were kept informed regularly. When the work was ready to be done, the guys were apologetic for the delays and very professional, courteous and done in a few hours. They came back to seal a few days later, left an invoice and thanked us for our business. Payment option was available on line at their website and we concluded the transaction.

Overall, it went exceptionally well! The mortar was not close in color to the existing mortar, they returned and fixed it by coloring the mortar. When doing the brick repair work noticed other areas we were not given and estimate for but was part of the area involved, they did the work and did not charge us extra, stayed with the initial estimate. It is a great company to work with; good communication with me which is difficult as I travel frequently. I would definitely have them do more work for me!

They did a great job and it looks good. They cleaned up after themselves both days they were working. We had one small thing that had to be fixed and it was taken care of immediately. Would highly recommend them for future work. Also, used the Angie's list coupon so I saved a few hundred dollars.

I called for an estimate and was provided with a very detailed description of the work needed to offset insurance work. Also pointed out flashing issues (or lack of flashing) that needed to be corrected. Also responded to my request for downspout in the estimate which was for $1,350 (rounded). Was notified that the work could commence in approximately one week. The repairman called in 9 days to give me a start day which was approximately 11 days from estimate date. He arrived and worked for two days then walked around the house with me to point out how the work met the requirements of the estimate to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. All in all the work was done in a very professional manner.

When i called for an estimate, the service man came to the house and evaluated everything that needed to be done and provided a written estimate (2 options) before he left. When I was ready to move forward, I signed and faxed in the quote to their office and they responded immediately to let me know they received the quote and someone would be contacting me to schedule the time. They came when they said they would come, explained what they would be doing, did a good job, cleaned up after themselves, and charged me exactly what they said they would. Very good experience.

They did a really good job and follow up on thier work. They fixed the leak

Christian LeBlanc was man who came at the beginning and followed through on project.. The crew also corrected some problems with the flashing around the chimney. Mr. LeBlanc spotted this problem and had the men work on it at no extra charg e. The only milld complaint I would have is that the crew didnot waant me on the roof; this apparently is company policy and they were following the rules. I examined it when they were gone. Mr. LeBlanc's observation on the flashing showed me that the other company I had do work on my roof (Good Stuff) had failed in another part of the work they were supposed to do. My estimate of that company has gone completely negative.

The price seemed reasonable, and the repairs were done to our satisfaction. The only thing I was less than thrilled about was that it was almost 2 weeks after the estimate before they came out and did the work. However, once they came out, they were quick and efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. We will have to replace our roof within a year or two (these repairs just bought us some time), and I plan to call them again.

Lost shingles during wind storm a few weeks ago. I called on July 3rd to schedule an estimate and they came out and gave me an estimate on July 4th. It was very reasonable and the job was completed the following week. Very responsive, I had a question after the work was done and received an answer the same day. Would highly recommend.

All work was done to well above our expectations in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend either Bone Dry Masonry or Bone Dry Roofing.

They showed up right on time to start work but ran over on the estimated time by three days.... That was well worth the wait. I would much rather they ran long and do a good job than finish early and mess it up so that was a non issue for me. They addressed all my concerns promptly and in person and in the end did a wonderful job.... Well worth the money.

Following major hail storm hired Bone Dry to remove old roofing, install decking, reslope two former porch areas of the home which also included remodeling of front entry porch roofline, as well as closing up fascia/boxes on gables. Work was performed very quickly, professionally and looks marvelous. Employees were responsive to owner's requests and preferences. One miscommunication regarding scope of work for wrapping fascia with metal, but following a repeat powow we are very happy with results and employees tried diligently to meet or exceed expectations. Gutters and downspouts were also removed and replaced and we are very pleased with their attention to detail. Price was in-line with other estimates for similar materials and scope of work, higher in some areas, lower in others, but overall very competitive. Would definitely hire again, but dont expect to need another roof for decades!

A co-worker had recommended Bone Dry Roofing so I checked Angie's List and saw others had given great reviews as well. I had several roof shingles that needed to be resealed so I decided to give them a call for an estimate. We set an appointment for the next day and I liked his price so much that I had him do the job right then. He did a fabulous job. He was prompt, did the work quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company whether you have a big job or a small job.
