Description of Work: They towed my car under the pretence that I was displaying and outdated parking permit.($118.00). They damaged the undercarriage (vibration rattling) which I had fixed at the dealership ($240.00). I sent them the claim through my attorney. They have n\been stringing me along for 9 months and now they are refusing to pay. Mr. Alphin and Mr. Hall I give you an F.

 + -1 moreWe parked at our friends apartment with a guest parking pass. She has had the same guest parking pass for 3-4 years. We have used the pass many times before 9/21/09. Bluegrass Towing towed our car saying that the parking pass was not valid. Our friend was not made aware of this and there is nothing on the parking pass to indicate it had expired. When we picked up the car they would not listen to reason and said they could decided when a parking pass was or was not valid. They charged us $118 to get our car back. In addition to erroneously towing our car, they damaged it and it cost us $250 to have it repaired. We talked to several people at the company and noone wanted to admit that they made a mistake. Every person we spoke with was extremely rude. They do not care that they are a disreptuable company.
Description of Work: They towed our car from an apartment lot where a friend lives.

 + -1 moreOverall, it was a Christmas miracle.
Description of Work: I locked my keys and phone in my 2003 Toyota Camry on Christmas Eve night, and called Bluegrass Towing the next morning around 11:20 am. On Christmas morning, the company sent out two diligent and extremely friendly workers to my relative's home and responded very quickly-within 13 minutes of my phone call. Locking my keys in my car on such an important evening was a stressful event, but Bluegrass Towing performed above and beyond their call of duty. I would highly recommend this company for any locksmith or towing services you need in the Lexington area.
