Got water all over the floor and was having a very load yelling match with a women in his vehicle. Took almost and hour just to get my bill for 5 minutes of snaking. Sink works, no problems since, very high even with my coupon.

They did fine. They were the only ones who had the skill, they worked very hard at giving me the right answer because I guess gas fireplaces are very unique, and they got the right solution. I thought the price was a little high.

It went well. They’ve done some very good work for me. It seems like they are pretty honest people. I don’t feel like I’ve gotten taken advantage on. Basically I trust what they tell me. I think the price is pretty good. They showed on time. They are very good. I think they are actually quite professional. I actually had a very good experience with them in that they were going to do something fairly simple. Just replacing some showerhead and some fixtures which should have been roughly a 45 minute job but because we have an older home and things are kind of monkey rigged here, it took much longer but they still charged me just the original price that they have quoted initially. He spent 4 hours here but he only charged me for the 45 minute call that he was initially anticipating.

Two members came out one day and assessed the problem.  Then they came the next day in the rain and spent several hours cleaning out the sewer line.  They also repaired the connecting pipe at the house line. When completed, they returned to explained what they saw (no cracks detected in the sewer line from the house to the street) and gave a year warranted on the work.  They also contacted the city to have the street sewer line inspected.

He has done a lot of work for me and I have been very happy with him.  He comes quickly and does a good job.  I have been very happy with his service and he can do many things.  He is pleasant and a great guy.

He spent a long time here and I thought his price was reasonable. They are very efficient and if you have an emergency they try to be at your home as soon as they can. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

Great! Ron is smart, courteous and on time. He takes care not to make a mess and totally cleans up after the work. He is also very honest and doesn't hesitate to say if something doesn't need replacing.

Even though they tore out a wall; they did not leave a mess at all. After I had the drywall redone, they then came back an installed the fixture in the bathroom for me as well. I do not have anything to compare pricing to either. They were very courteous and clean. I am very satisfied. They did give me an estimate for the job and it was not by the hour it was by the job. I did pay the estimate price. It was a couple thousand dollars I think, maybe $2000 or so. I am not sure; I paid them via credit card. They are also open seven days a week.
