+ -1 moreBill went through the house prior to our arrival from out of town, and then spent over 1 hour going through the inspection report with us. He showed us places in the house to be concerned about and even gave us some useful advice for making repairs.
Description of Work: A home inspection was completed by Bill for a house I have on contract to purchase. Bill did a complete home inspection for 2 hours. He was on time and very polite and knowledgeable. He showed me all of the items he was concerned about, and thoroughly answered all of my questions.
