Blue Grass Home Entertainment, Inc. began doing business in Lexington, KY in August 1995. We have a Retail Store, Service Department & Integration/ Installation Department. Our showroom is set up to look more like a home or office (LifeStyle) & is over 8,000 square foot. We only use highly trained employees. Don't subcontract! Offer 6, 12, 18 & 24 months no-interest when available (due to manufacturer programs). BGHE is in BrandSource/ ProSource/ HES buying group & will match or beat any local competitor on the identical item. "So same price... Better support & service."

They were very, very good people. They were supposed to call us to do some other work down here but they never did contact us. They were supposed to come but they didn't contact us. They were punctual. They were very professional. We would probably use them in the future.

They were first rate. I spent quite a bit of money with them. They did a really good job. I dealt with Mark. I was pleased. I spent a considerable amount of money. It required a significant amount of technical skill and they did a good job. They were knowledgeable and they had a commanding knowledge of the devices and the technical aspects. They knew how to program them and make them work. I plan to use them again if I need to.
