Went well but next morning I had no hot water. Called Bill and he sent Alex in 2 hours who fixed the problem.

There were three workers, they were good, they were nice. They left the area clean. They came out quick, and I think they were very professional.

Bill responded that day, removed the old heater and installed a new one and even helped the tenant clean up the water.

Honest, punctual, dependable, and does great work (came first and capped 2 pipes so we can shower, and then returned to fix 7 bursts pipes after carpenter gave access.
I waited a week for the bill, thinking it was going to be at least $1000, but it was only $450
Don't ask him for an estimate, it would be an insult as he is the least expensive plumber I ever met.

He’s an excellent plumber. He'll come out at any time and doesn’t charge huge fees. I can’t say enough good about him.
