I was given a date that the work would be performed and they were on time and ready for business. Techs were professional and efficient with the replacement. They took the extra time to explain what the plan to replace the system would be, they made sure the areas they worked remained clean, and they showed me how to operate the system. Before leaving the offered me a plan to maintain the system on a yearly basis which includes changing filters among other items. I signed up even though the new Lennox unit is under warranty. The less I have to worry about the better.
