Florists
I am disappointed with the poor quality of the flowers and the florist's lack of attention to detail. We have ordered flowers from Best of Flowers several times in the past, but I will hesitant to do so in the future. I had not seen the condition of other orders. I called the florist to offer my disappointment, and the manager said we should have called 24 hours within the delivery date for a replacement. This policy was never explained before. The manager also said that hospital room was probably too warm. Well it was not! For $64, the quality should be better. I wonder if they thought no one would notice or comment.
