This is a great family owned company and we have been very happy with their services many times.
"Thank you for your review. We look forward to working with you in the future!"
He adjusted the upstairs thermostat then went outside to the exterior units. He checked freon levels of both and filled up the one that was low and hosed out both exterior units. That's it, he was done... that was the spring tune up! He was very impersonal and wouldn't engage in conversation to answer any questions. When my husband asked if that was all? He threw up his hands and said, and quot;that's it, you saw it alland quot; and walked away.
He never looked at either unit inside the house, therefore, he never pulled a cover off, he never opened the filter compartments to see if there was a clogged filter. The upstairs unit was the own malfunctioning and he never even looked to see if it was iced up. He never cleaned the coils. These are all things I have seen technicians do during past tune ups.
I called the office and tried telling them what did not take place, and was met with a very angry attitude. I don't know why. I would have thought they would like to know what did and did not happen. Since I had used this company before and that particular technician had been excellent, I thought they would have an interest that this appointment didn't go well. This is also the company that installed both units when the house was built. I thought naturally they would be the perfect choice to also use for repairs/maintenance.
I am extremely disappointed and will look for a new company.
