We first thought their price was a little high, but when we compared it with some of the others, we did ask him if there was any way he could drop the price. He didn't want to, but then he agreed to complete rewire and put new lighting on the new barn we had purchased. We bought a barn completely constructed, they've had some wiring internally, but it didn't have much in the external wiring. I've already purchased it, so he agreed to do that without any additional charge.
