No problems at all. The shop correctly determined that all 4 rotors were shot but my son could not afford the new parts so very carefully drove the car home. They offered a very reasonable labor cost for installation if he provided the parts. Since he could go a few days without a vehicle, we found affordable aftermarket pads and rotors online. The shop did excellent work when promised and everything worked fine.
This is the fourth time my family has used Athens Service Center in the past few years with 3 different vehicles. We were very pleased with the service in all cases. They always explained the problem and showed the bad part when possible. I highly recommend this shop and consider them honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Very honest and persistent in troubleshooting of problems. Advised how to prevent issues from occurring again and did not try to push additional unnecessary services. Location is somewhat out of the way but worth it for the reliability and small business customer service.

Everything has been great with this company. I have used this company several times before and have been satisfied every time. They are very thorough in there evaluation of your car. They are very efficient and normally can get the work done in the estimated time. There pricing is very reasonable for the work that was done. I will continue to use this company.
