I have a very old sewer line to my house in Chevy Chase. Jim spent several hours today clearing out the line and eventually finding a large rock which was blocking the line. I am eternally grateful for him for persisting so hard to solve the problem. He is very conscientious and genuinely interested in helping his customers. I highly reccomend him.

His motto on his card is at your drain service. We've used him for 6 or 7 years and he has always taken care of us. He does anything but drains are just his specialty. He gave us a good deal and was flexible with making it work in our budget. He has always left things pretty good. He is a man's man so he doesn't come in and wipe his feet on the carpet but he is not destructive and doesn't leave anything appalling.
