He fixed my microwave in 2020. Yesterday he fixed my dryer. It needed a new heating element and a door switch. From the time he entered my house to the time he left having completed the repair was less than 30 minutes and that included vacuuming at the end of the job. Again I am more than satisfied.

Have called Appliance Medic 3 times over the past 2.5 years and all 3 times, Doug has been prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Every issue was quickly resolved and all 3 times Doug has gone the extra mile by not only fixing the issue BUT leaving the situation better than before. Highly recommended!!!!

Replaced the inlet valve for ice maker. I will definitely use them in the future.

The provider was called based on their AL reviews and the fact they listed Saturday hours, as the problem with our dryer occurred early on a Saturday morning. Contacted the provider around 10a asking about the possiblity of Saturday service. Dispatcher was helpful and efficient. Technician was on-site by 2:30p and had the problem resolved within 30 minutes. The technician also took care of another issue or two with the dryer while there for no additional charge. Excellent experience all the way around from communication by the dispatcher to the timeliness and work done by the technician. This was our first experience using this provider but we will definitely use them again.

I called at 3:00 on Thursday, needing service quickly, made a 9-11 appointment on Friday. The service person showed up at 9:15, was done by 9:45.

My washing machine quit working Friday morning- within 2 hours, Appliance Medic was there, had it repaired (the door lock had gone bad), and I was ready to go. They were very quick to come out, assess, and fix the issue. They asked what model I had when I made the appointment, so they could have most of the typical repair parts on hand- sure enough they had exactly what they needed and fixed it there and then. Also, they do not upcharge on parts.
They were super fast, and the repair costs were less than I expected (feared). Would definitely recommend.

They were KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT and, in the best sense, HONEST (rare in this day and time) . They are apparently intelligent, well trained young family people of good background and work ethic. They shared an unexpected straight-forward product and application knowledge, and almost too reasonable pricing, which I felt I needed to overpay their billing. This is business as my grandfather and my father and I understand.

They dealt with the dish washer very efficiently. We also had them out once before for the washing machine. Both time the technician came out he was very informative. There was a problem with the dish washer and he showed me what I could do to prevent a reoccurrence. He did the same thing with the washing machine. Not every body does that. They would rather come out and charge you a service call. From that point of view I was very pleased with them. They cleaned up well and the charges were reasonable.

In both cases, they were easy to get an appointment with. They showed up when they were supposed to and they charged me less than I expected. The second time they were here, they gave me some tips on how to avoid a repeat of the problem.
