APEX Roofing of Greater Kentucky

On 7/29 our home was hit by a hail/straight line winds storm with up to 95 mph winds.  I had several estimates and many storm chasers that plagued our neighborhood stop by to give estimates.  While APEX was not the cheapest, Kyle seemed more personable and did not try to over sell me.  He kept it short, simple and assured me I would have direct contact with him at all times and I did.
Kyle was true to his word.  Not only did he keep me up to date on the progress, I would get emails from him at all times of the day and night, he contacted our insurance adjuster on several occasions on our behalf because their depreciation on our roof was incorrect; he even met the adjuster at our home and pointed out things that needed repaired that we did not see.  If it wasn't for him, several things the adjuster refused to fix because and I quote "your door works just like mine at my house" even though it was nothing like that before the storm winds flung it open and flooded our dining room.
He saved my sanity.  He kept it simple, he worked for and with us.  
His crews were polite, prompt and worked very hard when they were on my property.  They cleaned up everything when they left and my house looks like it did before the storm hit.
We have a warranty, APEX has a solid status on BBB and I will use them again when we build our next home.

Our insurance company paid for it. They were very good. They were here on time. Basically, they did the whole thing in one day, which was pretty amazing. They put drop clothes all around the house so that the shingles they were taking off and the nails went on those. We were very impressed with them. The experience was very good. What stood out was the fact that they were so quick to do it and seemed to have done a good job. They cleaned up everything wonderfully. We were very satisfied with them.
