It went great. They arrived 20 mins early  and were done after ~ 45 mins. They were funny yet got the job done. There were lots of roaches flushed out in the first 5 days but we have not seen any roaches since 10 days after the service. I would gladly do business with them again

They come and just leave a little tag.  I like the fact that I don't have to be here when they come.  All their work is exterior so they just leave a hang tag saying they were here  and what the results were. We have an annual contract.

The raccoon ended up being outside during the time, but hasn't been able to come back with the vents covered. They were very professional and it was a reasonable price.

I was removing a stake from around a tree and when I pulled it out of the ground the bottom half of the wooden stake was pretty much eaten by termtes. This tree is about 10-15 feet from the back of my deck so I to be careful I contacted a Allrite to have a home inspection performed. Everything went great and they gave me several suggestions that will help to keep termites permanently away.

Had All-Rite spray 2 weeks prior, but inside ants appeared in a new area (only saw 2) and had a few insects still living outside. Definitely could have lived with this, but wanted to be as bug-free as possible. Called to schedule a follow-up service. Chad (same tech) arrived on time and was very professional. I found it odd/impressive that he was upset we still had insects...not used to seeing people care about and take such pride in their work. He thoroughly sprayed around the exterior of the house. Insect population is no longer in existance. Every now and then I'll see a bug that's crawled on our patio, but died on its journey. Thanks All-Rite!

Left a message for them to call me back, which they did promptly. Was given an estimate, and then scheduled for them to come out. The lady explained that typically with ants, they spray once and then come again about 2 weeks later. Chad arrived on time, in a company truck, very professional look and acting. He found where the ants were coming in at, and sprayed. Also set out ant traps in case there were any stragglers (although there weren't). He then went outside and sprayed very thoroughly the outside of the house. He wasn't able to spray inside (besides the kitchen) because we have a crawling baby. He explained that this should take care of our problems, but if not, to call back in about 2 weeks and they'll come out to spray again but for half price. Immediately the ants were gone and the outside bugs began to die.

They were always prompt, courteous, and very professional. They did exactly what they said they would, and in the time frame that was quoted. We developed an ant problem after the original estimate was given. The termite treatment also got rid of the ants, as stated in the borchure. After treating the perimeter of the house, they found the source of the termites in an apple tree in the back yard, & also treated the tree, which was not part of the original estimate. The termites & ants are gone, we couldn't be more pleased.

We had estimates from two other firms. All-Rite had the best estimate.The estimator came promptly and gave us a clear description and estimate for the work. The technician came on time and applied the termite treatment with little muss or fuss. We were pleased with the result.

We had tiny black ants appearing in our living room. I called All-Rite and had an appointment within 3 days. The technician that came out was courteous, prompt, and professional. He came inside to see the types of ants we had been finding, and then checked the perimeter of the exterior of the house to locate where they were entering the house. He found their entry point and traced their path back to the nest. He then sprinkled a powder to prevent them from re-entering the house and treated the nest. Also, after checking to make sure we didn't have small children in the house, he also treated the baseboards in the house where they had been entering. He was very thorough, explained everything before he did it, and was very tidy. He showed me the nest, the ant trail, and where they were entering the house, so I could check later in the week and make sure the treatment worked. He also took the extra step of getting rid of some of the ants by hand that were already inside around the baseboards he treated. I was very pleased with the service All-Rite provided, and will definitely use them again.

We had a renter in our home who said there were noises in the ductwork at night, keeping him from sleeping. This all happened right around Christmas day. Regardless, the people from All-Rite were great about coming right out, working with us to identify the animal, and then to catch and release. This happened 2 years ago, so I don't remember all the details, but I do know they are who I would call if I had the same problem again.

They were very polite and professional. They put our mind at ease and we are continuing to use their annual service. They will re-treat at no cost when you are done doing home improvements.

I am pleased to inform other Angie's List customers that this company knows its stuff when it comes to pest control. They quickly determined that my ant problem was coming from dead branches that have been leaning against my fireplace. They also found them rooting around in green stuff that surround some of the bricks around my house. I think they did a great job and I have them coming once a month for follow up care that will only cost me fifty bucks. That price is very much worth it to me.
