All Decked Out

All Decked Out installed a 6' privacy fence around our backyard. The price was about $1200 less than the quote we received from another company. Larry kept in touch, and started and finished when he said he would (weather permitting). We had a slight miscommunication about a gate (our fault), and he fixed it, worked with us on the price, and did the work right away. The quality seems excellent, and we are very pleased. He is very busy, and you will have to leave a voice mail when you call him, but he was prompt in returning calls. There are larger companies with full-time receptionists to answer the phone, but you will pay for it. (See price comparison above.)

I called several companies and All Decked Out was the best price for the quality. I have never been more than pleased with a fencing company in my life! Very professional and kept in touch with me by phone step by step. I can't wait to be able to show off my new fence. I highly recommend!!!!

At the time it went well. I have called him for 3weeks now and he doesn't have the professionalism to return my call, I paid him

in full when the work was completed. I thought since he had installed the first fence that he could help me with this fence that

was damaged in the wind burst on Sunday, July 27,2014.

We had a fence built by Larry before but I can't remember the date. We liked him and his work on that fence which was a privacy fence, so we used him again.
This fence was a five plank horse fence. It was supposed to be a four plank fence but he knew we had dogs and recommended a lower plank to make sure the dogs didn't get out the bottom. He did the job well while looking out for our needs. At the time we couldn't afford the painting and did it ourselves later.

This is the 2nd fence All Decked Out has installed for me. One was installed in 2005 and was a great selling feature when I was transferred out of state and put my house on the market in 2007. I transferred back to Lexington in 2012 and immediately called Larry, the owner of All Decked Out to install a fence at my new home. I provided Larry with a copy of the survey of the property and he coordinated the building permit and approval of the fence from the Homeowners Association.
After all approvals, he set fence posts in cement in one day then returned (after posts were set) 48 hrs later and completed putting up the fence and gates.
During all of this process he kept me updated and everything went great. I have had a lot of compliments on the fence and I would highly recommend Larry and his team from All Decked Out.

All Decked Out installed 4" fence around my yard last fall. It looks great! They pulled all the required permits and even tried to stick up for me with the property developer to extend the fence farther along the yard. Once all that was done, the project was complete in about 3 days. It was exactly what I was looking for - from design to size. The fence seems very well -constructed and high quality. The company was very professional and hard-working. I highly recommend them.

Seemed very conscientious when starting, but stopped showing up regularly for days. After repeated phone calls, they finally finished it, but after several days, the deck started shift so much that much of the railing came apart.In several subsequent calls, Larry Royalty indicated that he would be and quot;right overand quot;, and quot;immediatelyand quot;, and quot;as soon as possibleand quot; to make this right.He never showed, finally gave up on him after 10 phone calls

We sent photos with an illustration of what we were thinking would do the trick to Mr. Royalty. He responded quickly, and then was able to do the job quickly, and exceeded our expectations on design, craftsmanship, and price. He even used better quality wood than truly necessary. We really wish he had been the contractor to build our deck (it was built with the house, before we bought it). When we are ready to rebuild our current deck, you can bet we will be calling All Decked Out.

Excellent company to work with. Provides useful advice as well as listens to what you want. Reasonable price and high quality are what you can expect when you call them to put your fence in. They did a beautiful job and were very respectful of the landscaping as well as the adjoining empty lots. Highly recommend them!
