All Around Tree Service & Landscaping

Yesterday, my wife got a quote of $700 for tree work from All Around Tree Service. Today, the owner comes over and tells me that the guy quoted too low, that he was a "little messed up" and that it would cost $1200. I asked him to honor the quote and he said no. I told him I was concerned since that same guy was used/using a chainsaw across the street and that I questioned the owner if he let that happen. He then gave me the bird and said **. I asked him to leave before I called the cops and he offered to fight me right there on my front step and that I wasn't "man enough to step to them" (he wasn't alone). Avoid this business at all costs. I set this account up just to let other people know how dangerous and unprofessional this company is operated.

They removed the tree in the front yard and did a good job. Then we got rain for several days so they were unable to do anything for a while which I understand. When they did come out to do the back yard, apparently he had his son do the trimming on the pine trees and my wife wasn't too happy with the way it turned out, she felt like they took too much off of the trees. I later found out from Mr. Banks that his son had been doing this for only a month. I would have felt better if the trimming would have been done by someone with more experience. A few days later they came out to grind the stump but I had no advance notice they were coming. Apparently their stump grinder was in the shop and the one they used wasn't of the same quality of theirs and it took them quite a while to complete the task. They did a pretty good job of clean up however they forgot their blower and had to use mine. Overall, they were very friendly and attentive but I guess I just expected more.
